Chrome says the page cannot be captured.
Chrome blocks screenshots on internal pages such as chrome://, Chrome Web Store pages, and other extension pages. Open a regular website and try again.
My Gumroad license does not activate.
Check that you pasted the exact License Key from your Gumroad receipt. If the issue continues, email support with your Gumroad purchase email and order ID.
What happens if Gumroad is temporarily offline?
The extension preserves an already verified local activation when the network is unavailable. It does not delete your license because of a temporary network error.
Where are screenshots saved?
Chrome downloads screenshots directly to your local downloads location. The extension does not upload screenshots to the developer's server.
Before contacting support
- Confirm you are trying to capture a normal website, not a restricted Chrome page.
- Restart Chrome and try the capture again.
- If the issue is license-related, include your Gumroad purchase email and order ID.
- If the issue is screenshot-related, include the page type and the error message shown by the extension.
